SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (order processing time prior to dispatch for shipment). In select cases, usually when styles are made-to-order, additional time will be needed. In such cases, all orders will ship within 14 days from initial point of purchase.

  • If you order is urgent and time-sensitive, please notify customerservice@dauphinesofnewyork.com, and we will assure appropriate actions are implemented to guarantee you receive your order by a specified date.

  • If you are purchasing for bridal or a specific time-sensitive event, we highly recommend noting this at time of purchase.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (STANDARD):

  • Dauphines of New York ships primarily via USPS First Class, and we monitor shipment status from dispatch to delivery. Unfortunately, Dauphines of New York cannot be held responsible to unexpected delays on part of the courier.

  • Flat Rate: $6.95 USD.

     

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (2-3 DAY; EXPEDITED):

  • Dauphines of New York offers 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping via USPS, and we monitor shipment status from dispatch to delivery. Unfortunately, Dauphines of New York cannot be held responsible to unexpected delays on part of the courier.

  • Flat Rate: $15 USD.

    OVERNIGHT DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USPS):

  • Dauphines of New York offers Overnight shipping (via USPS Priority Mail Express), and we monitor shipment status from dispatch to delivery. Your package will ship immediately upon receipt of order, unless items are out of stock (in which case, you will be instantly notified to determine next steps). Shipment is guaranteed* to arrive by 3 pm the following day. (*Unfortunately, Dauphines of New York cannot be held responsible to unexpected delays on part of the courier).

  • Flat Rate: $25 USD.

     

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (FED-EX):

  • Dauphines of New York ships via Fed-Ex, with the following options offered:

  • Fed-Ex Domestic Ground Shipping: $25 USD.

  • Fed-Ex Domestic 2nd Day: $35 USD.

  • Fed-Ex Domestic Standard Overnight: $40 USD.

  • Fed-Ex Domestic Priority Overnight: $50 USD.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USPS):

  • Dauphines of New York ships international orders via USPS First Class Mail International, and we monitor shipment status from dispatch to delivery. Unfortunately, Dauphines of New York cannot be held responsible to unexpected delays on part of the courier. Please note when selecting USPS First Class Mail International, expected delivery time may be approximately 14 days. At times, delivery may take longer, which is often attributed to delays at customs. We recommend selecting either Fed-Ex or DHL shipping option when mailing to international or remote locations if your order is extremely time-sensitive as Fed-Ex and DHL are less likely to incur delays.

  • Dauphines of New York offers International shipping via Fed-Ex (International Economy) and Fed-Ex (International Priority). We recommend selecting either Fed-Ex or DHL shipping option when mailing to international or remote locations if your order is extremely time-sensitive as Fed-Ex and DHL are less likely to incur delays than USPS. 

  • Fed-Ex International Economy: $48 USD.

  • Fed-Ex International Priority: $65 USD.

  • Dauphines of New York offers International shipping via DHL. We recommend selecting either Fed-Ex or DHL shipping option when mailing to international or remote locations if your order is extremely time-sensitive as Fed-Ex and DHL are less likely to incur delays than USPS.
